Payment

Payment of £85 per person must be made in full at the time of booking. 

What’s included:

Your workshop will run from 9.45 – 3pm and will include the opportunity to make a booklet of small experimental pieces and four greetings cards with envelopes. 

All materials are included and you can take your work home at the end of the workshop.
There will be an option to upgrade by having your work framed if you would like to display it. 
There are small extra charges for frames and framing.

I hope that you will be so inspired by your experience that your personal creative practice will be enriched well beyond your workshop with me. 

However, the techniques, skills and ideas that artists use and share take years to develop. Whilst the copyright laws relating to AI are currently not ideal, the law on copyright theft by humans is very clear and you are legally prohibited from utilising what you learn on my workshops for the commercial generation of products or services (including online or face to face workshops) in or from the United Kingdom. The techniques, skills and ideas that I share will be accessed and adopted for your recreational purposes only.

Venue:

There is a £3 car park charge per car and a 5-10 minute walk from the car park to the studio.

My studio is a *first-floor space with no lift and a long access staircase. To find me please walk to the Courtyard at Thoresby Park, turn right into the corridor marked The Riding Hall and then turn left up the stairs.

If for any reason there is a park closure on the day, I will email you as soon as I am notified. 

*I am always happy to discuss group bookings in alternative spaces and venues to widen access for those who need level, ground floor access.

Cancellation made by me: if I need to cancel for any reason, you will be offered of a full refund and/or alternative dates within three months of your original workshop date. 

If you need to cancel: as a small business, I can offer no refunds or transfers within 14 days of the workshop date. Alterations prior to 14 days in advance will be accommodated if there is a waiting list for your date and/or it can be 're-sold' prior to the 14-day deadline. I will re-advertise your original date but a transfer or refund cannot be guaranteed so please choose your date with care.

Dietary requirements

It is my pleasure to offer a welcome drink and piece of cake on arrival. If you have any allergies or other dietary requirements you must inform me at the time of booking so that I can purchase appropriate products. 

In the case of anaphylactic allergy, please make other workshop participants and the onsite café aware or your allergy before eating with them.

Clothing

Please wear suitable footwear for walking on uneven ground from the car park and clothing that you are happy to be splashed with water and/or coloured pigment which may not wash out.
